Do you already have a 100v/120v Argos and are planning to move somewhere that requires 220v/240v or vice versa? Then is service for you.

Note: You are responsible for paying for shipping the machine to us and back to you. You must also get shipping insurance to cover the cost of replacing the machine.

The only difference between a 120v and 240v Argos is the heating element. Unfortunately swapping the heating element requires near full disassembly of the machine. This service will include the following:

1. We will pull a shot before starting the disassembly to confirm the machine is operating as expected. If the machine does not operate we will email you to figure out the next plan of action, whether thats paying for further repair or sending the machine back to you at your cost.

2. If any leaks are found, we will make sure to address them while replacing the heating element. Otherwise we will preemptively replace normal wear gaskets/seals while the machine is apart to ensure good operation.

3. We will then perform a QC of the machine with a scace.

4. If your Argos is outside of its warranty, this service will warranty your Argos for 90 days. Please note the product warranty here https://www.odysseyespresso.com/warranty
